Its unique range of 1-speed gear ratios lets you cycle anywhere. The XG-1275 Eagle™ cassette with its 10-50 teeth uses FULL PIN™ technology of high-strength stainless steel pins to hold the lightweight, stamped steel sprockets together. The result is a cassette that is both light and strong. The open design is similar to the X-DOME™ cassette. This repels dirt better, making shifting even smoother and making the parts last longer. The new X-GLIDE™2 fits perfectly with Eagle™ chains and improves shifting performance and chain stability.

FULL PIN™
The FULL PIN™ technology uses lightweight pressed steel gears that are firmly held together by high-strength steel pins. The result is an extremely light and durable cassette that is perfect for any ride with an ultra-large gear ratio. Like the X-DOME™ cassette, the open design keeps mud and dirt out, ensuring clean shifting and long component life.
X-Glide 2
The X-GLIDE 2™ is the next generation of X-GLIDE™ technology. It is specially optimized for our EAGLE™ twelve-speed cassette - for fast and precise shifting performance in all gears. X-GLIDE™ technology increases chain tension on the larger sprockets.
XD™ drive housing
The XD™ is a cassette drive that allows the use of a small 10-tooth sprocket and improves contact with the cassette.
